this was our 7th year that we have stayed in one of Jims condos. Already for our 8th. Prior to 2017 we had stayed on Maui for 12 years. I became ill in 2016 and we figured the flight was too long. We booked with Zilli that year and never looked back. The location and private beach are pure heaven. Jim does a great job in keeping his condos updated. This year the outside is completely renovated. The best thing is how Jim prepares you. Numerous texts with information of what is going on in Sarasota, extensive list of restaurants, excursions ect. Believe me if you go once you will keep coming back. Jim and Laurie Peterson

Jim offers the perfect setting to slow down the pace. Our Zilli Tower condo was comfortable and well appointed. And,the setting was exquisite. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, numerous seafood restaurants, and, always, a nightly sunset right from our balcony. Ahhhhhh

I have nothing but great things to say about Jim Zilli and his condo that we rent! We love Longboat Key and love we found this place! Peaceful , quiet, and beautiful!! The condo we stay in 503 is just beautiful… top notch decorations..and everything you could possibly need is provided!! Elegant beach life in this condo ?? Jim is available and readily returns texts if needed! But, the best part of it all is the view!! Nice big sliding door to open and soak in the direct view of the gulf!! Holy cow it doesn’t get any better!! I just sit there and take it all in! If you are reading this review…just book!! There is nothing not to love!! Shopping at St Armand’s Circle is not far. Great restaurants are up and down Gulf of Mexico Dr. Just beautiful along this drive! The office ladies Rebecca and Nicole are funny , nice, and will help you if needed. We just love them! So, look no further … book this 5 star gem. You will not be disappointed ??

Our stay at the Zilli tower 503 was perfect. The view is amazing. Best I have ever seen. The beach is beautiful and only a few steps away and very private. Jim is easy to work with and has everything you need for easy check in and check out. He checks with you mid week to make sure everything is okay. He even let us do a late check out with us having a later flight home.It was a perfect vacation. Hope to stay there again in the future. Dale and Melissa LaPlace

Jim was a personal and helpful host. Our unit 503 has the best beachfront view. The condo is upscale and in the perfect location. We look forward to our next trip to this unit.

This was our third time staying at 503 and we love it. It's clean, nicely furnished and the views of the Gulf are the best. Jim makes sure we are comfortable and have everything we need for an enjoyable stay. Hope to get back again.

My husband and I stayed at Zilli Tower 503 for a week and truly couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Jim went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo was extremely clean and the view is unbeatable. Many times, beaches are overcrowded but the private beach at Turtle Crawl Inn, we had no problem setting up wherever we wanted by the ocean everyday. At night we took full advantage of the private balcony to watch the sunset. We will 100% return to this condo in the future! Longboat Key will forever be one of our most memorable vacations and we look forward to returning!

This was my wife and my second visit to Zilli Tower 503. We love it. It's very clean and comes with everything you need. The location is great. The beach is never crowded. Great restaurants too. Jim is an excellent owner and is very helpful. We even received access to the condo much earlier than expected which was wonderful. My wife and I work hard. So when it's time to take a vacation, we have very high expectations and standards. The Zilli Tower more than meets ore expectations. We can't wait to go back!

Stayed in the Zilli unit #503 on Longboat, and what an amazing experience. The view from our balcony was second to none, and the condo itself extremely clean and the furnishings beautiful and comfortable. The beach, within feet of the complex, is super clean and seemed as if it was our private beach, including numerous chairs and lounges. We look forward to returning to this unit for many years to come. And thank you Jim Zilli for checking in on us throughout our stay making sure all was well and if we had any questions. Our flight arrived several hours before the 4pm check in and Jim was very helpful at getting us checked in very early. We knew as soon as we walked in the condo, that this was going to be a great vacation. Condo was spotless and decorated beautifully, and the view was more amazing than we could have imagined. Condo literally had everything that you could possibly need. I forgot a few things, and I was just going to buy at the local grocery store, but after checking cabinets, I found pretty much everything we needed. As for the location and grounds, they were amazing as well. Beach and grounds were maintained very well and all the staff at Turtle Crawl were all awesome to deal with. We would venture out to sight see daily, but couldn't wait to get back to our condo each time because it was so relaxing and wonderful. I honestly have to say, this is one of the best condos or beach houses we have ever stayed in and we cannot wait to return one day in the future. I can say for certain that there is not one bad thing I can say about this condo. Thanks Jim for allowing us to have such a fabulous vacation.

I am writing this less then 24 hours from my departure from Zilli Tower 503 and can confirm that morning coffee from the balcony of 503 overlooking the Gulf is a hell of a lot better then where I am now. I am sure it is one of the best views on the island. I had no need to contact the owner during my stay because all was perfect but he found the need to contact me a few times to make sure my stay was just that; Perfect. It was. I will be back.

We just returned home from a much needed two week vacation to Longboat Key and a perfect stay at Zilli Tower 503. This condo is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for the most relaxing vacation possible. The direct beach front location was terrific and totally stress free. Really beautiful location. The owner made the process easy and he is available to you for any help needed. Julie

Our stay at Zilli Tower 503 was very enjoyable! The unit is extremely nice and we loved the private beach and the sunsets in the evening! We highly recommend it!

This was our second time staying at the Turtle Crawl and first time staying in a Zilli owned unit. The condo was great, perfect spot to look at the gulf and have morning coffee and the amazing sunsets. The unit was very nice and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was modern but still had the "beach Flair". The first time we stayed was on the 2nd floor, but the view from the 5th floor can't be matched. Everyone was very nice. we will be back. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Zilli Tower 503. This unit has a beautiful 180 degree view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony. We were very comfortable during our stay and Jim Zilli was more than accommodating. He also provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Looking forward to scheduling our next Florida vacation with Jim.
