We have spent many vacations on Longboat Key. Nothing compares to our visits to Turtle Crawl Inn, especially our stays in one of the Zilli Ocean Front suites! This year we stayed in Zilli Suites 202 and 201. Both of these condos are well appointed, with complete kitchens, upgraded bathrooms, while comfortably and beautifully decorated. Jim Zilli, the owner, is very attentive and responsive to any needs or questions. He checks in during your stay, and offers many suggestions for activities and places to visit. We rented suite 202 Feb. 15-22, 2025 and had a very enjoyable time. The suite was clean with all the needed amenities. The view was spectacular and we spent a good deal of our time just enjoying the beach from our balcony. The location of the complex was central to all the other activities on the island ( restaurants, shopping, and downtown Sarasota). We enjoyed our stay so much we have already reserved the suite again for 2026.

My wife and I just spent two fabulous weeks in #202, our fourth year in a row in one of Zilli’s condos. Right on the beach, the view is amazing, the condo has upgraded features, and Jim is super responsive to all our needs. We would highly recommend staying here.

Mr. Zilli takes great pride in his units. A delightful man who takes a personal interest in how they are managed. An excellent choice for a Longboat Key visit.

We’ve been going to Zilli vacations on Long Boat Key . Beach access is right out the door. 202 & Suite is very clean and color coordinated in design. Sunsets are amazing. Owner does a midweek check to see if everything is alright ! We will be back !

This was our second stay this year in a Zilli ocean front suite. Once again the accommodations met and exceeded our expectations. The suite was well appointed with modern furnishings. The suite was immaculate and well maintained. The weather was fantastic which was the appropriate finishing touch. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The unit we stayed in was very nice. The decor was very nice and had adequate furnishings and supplies. I liked that beach towels were provided and we did not have to pack those. Jim was very easy to work with and very helpful. He provided us with a lot of information about restaurants and activities. We really did not have any issues. Jim did do a mid week check in just to make sure everything was good. We plan to return to this unit again in the future.

We stayed a week in March at the Zilli Ocean Front condo. It was a wonderful place, clean, quiet and equipped with everything for an enjoyable stay. We hadn’t been to Longboat before and enjoyed checking out wonderful restaurants and shops. We had friends nearby so went to the St Patrick’s Day Parade on Anna Maria and found that community charming. All and all a very good week that went by to quickly.

Jim Zilli is a great and attentive host. The condo was very clean, well appointed, and tastefully decorated. All we needed to do was to enjoy the beach, the sun, the gulf, and the view. We look forward to our stay next year. Thank you Jim!

Just finished our third year at Zilli Oceanfront and Can’t say enough good about the place. Have stayed in units 201 and 202. Both are beautiful with nice modern furnishings Every year we come down, Jim has made improvements. This year he installed power shades on front windows and supplied new beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coffee maker, and toaster. What makes this place special is the location and the views.

Very clean unit. The beach is as close as you can get and the sun sets directly in front of the walk out patio- it’s spectacular! Jim was the perfect host. Long boat key is beautiful and serene. Plenty to do at either end of the island. There’s a great mix of restaurants, something for every price range and taste. We highly recommend!

My husband and I just spent a week in unit 202. From the start, communication with Jim was impeccable. He offered many great suggestions on restaurants and things to do in the area. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. The location could not have been better right on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean. Convenient location to shops and restaurants and yet surprisingly private. The beach and pool were never crowded. We will definitely be back!!

My wife and I stayed in Unit 202 in Mid- October and it was exactly as portrayed on the website. The furnishings were very upscale. The unit was extremely clean and quite spacious. I took a photo from our balcony that is exactly like the one shown on the site. Exactly! The beach was perfect and the sunsets were amazing! We met several other families from MA, CO, TN , to right here in Indiana and we were all very pleased with the accommodations, the amazing privacy and the pricing. Some had visited this exact spot several times and had nothing but good to say about working with Jim. Jim also provided an abundance of information about things to do in the area (of which there are many) as well as tips on the many fine places to dine. Our stay was way too brief and I know the next time we go to the area we can avoid all the searching and just give these folks a call. Dennis from Indiana

We rented three units from Jim and had a wonderful vacation with our children and grandchildren. All the condos were spotless and the furnishings were exceptional! Jim was always helpful in providing all the information that we needed for our stay, including restaurants and sightseeing attractions. You won’t go wrong with staying at Zilli properties!!
