This condo and property are beautiful! It was our first vacation in Longboat Key and this condo did not disappoint. We will definitely go back! The condo and property are very clean and very accommodating. Stunning views of the beach and ocean from our balcony. This is a quiet and peaceful environment. Conveniently located to great restaurants any grocery. Mr. Zelli is extremely pleasant to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a wonderful stay at this property.

We did enjoy our stay at unit 201 and we mostly appreciated M. Zilli’s concerns and grand availability to make our stay comfortable and most enjoyable. M. Zilli is the owner and It was reassuring to meet and talk with him in person. After that, we could always reach him by text if needed but we did not have to because everything was fine. The unit was clean, modern furniture and decor, comfortable, full kitchen and commodities, lots of towels, linens etc…etc...not forgetting the Unit is a few footsteps to the private beach and has a unique view from the balcony on the Gulf and magnificent sunsets. Our unit was tastefully furnished. Perfect oceanfront view with gorgeous sunsets. Ate lunch on balcony several days. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Easy contact with owner, who responded quickly. Another major perk to this unit is that it is so QUIET! And only a few steps to the elevator. We already booked for next year.

Could not be happier with the accommodations! Jim is a great host. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed in it. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. He even checks in mid-week to make sure all was good. We will definitely be back to this beautiful property.

Clean, location was perfect, friendly office staff, great accommodations and Jim Zilli was very attentive and accessible. Would stay there again.

I hesitate writing a review because this really is a hidden gem. My husband and I loved our week here. The condo, beach, Jim, were all perfect. We have been staying in the Sarasota area over 35 years and this was our absolutely best, most relaxing & perfect vacation ever. Thank you Jim!??

Absolutely great location with just a few steps to the beach. I love waking up in the morning, drinking my coffee on my balcony and seeing the most amazing view of the beach. You can’t get any closer than this! It’s simply spectacular! Place was very clean with modern sophisticated high end design. I could tell the host put a lot of money into the renovation and decor. I’m in real estate and this place feels like a model home. Jim was incredibly responsive and goes above and beyond to his clients. He provided a lot of suggestions for activities and places to go to. Very communicative and I can’t thank him enough for his kindness as a host. Perfect beach front condo for our family. Just a short drive to St. Armand’s circle, restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t believe how fortunate we were to find such an absolutely beautiful condo on the water in Longboat Key! We have been to many beach vacation properties over the years and the views from this condo and the immediate access to the waster was truly special! The beach was gorgeous and never had more than 10-12 people sunbathing at any given time. We looked forward to eating our dinners on the balcony and being entertained by a remarkable sunset each and every night! For us, the communication we had with Jim Zilli made our whole experience particularly enjoyable. He was amazingly responsive to our needs from the time we booked our reservation to the day we left. He clearly loves his properties and has created an environment for his renters that is classy, sophisticated and incredibly comfortable! Renee and Alan

Laurie and I have just gotten back from our 6th consecutive year at Jim's l units. Every year it just gets better. Jim, Melody, and the staff are great to work with. The units are immaculate. Having gone to Hawaii for 12 straight years Jim's units give a better ocean view and sunset. He is always letting us know about new restaurants and events. This is our third year staying in Jim's condo. Our experience couldn't have been better! The condo furnishings are lovely and the view and location are ideal. It is well maintained and scrupulously clean. Jim is very responsive to any inquiries or requests. We will be returning next year!

We had a wonderful experience in Zilli condo suite 201. It is the perfect second floor location with comfortable bar height chairs and a table ooverlooking the gulf. Inside, the decor is beautiful, something I would choose if I had a Florida home. Jim, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plenty of towels, a well equipped kitchen, and two large screen TVs. He compiled a book with everything you needed to know about the condo and the area, including restaurant recommendations and places to visit in Longboat Key/Sarasota. Most importantly, Jim was the perfect host, checking in with us to ensure all was going well, and responding promptly to any of our texts. When we return to Longboat Key, we would not hesitate to stay in a Zilli condo.

This is the second time my husband and I have returned to one of Jim Zilli‘s condos, and we truly appreciate all the hard work he has done inside the units! Just beautiful with nice furniture, and beautiful decor!! And then, of course, the fabulous beach cannot be beat! Right in the middle of the island, so you can go either direction, within 10 minutes for fabulous restaurants, shopping, and more beaches! I truly appreciate the way Jim takes care of his guests!!

We loved our stay in Longboat key at Jim's suite. The condo was clean and had everything needed to have a great stay. Jim provides detailed directions, local things to do, and restaurants in the area to try! He also has beach chairs and nice umbrellas. The view is stunning and perfect each night for the sunset. Go, relax and enjoy it. We love longboat key. We will stay again!

This was our first visit to Longboat Key and it will not be our last. This condo was perfect for the both of us. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From the upgraded beautiful decor, all that we needed in the kitchen for cooking a meal and how clean and well maintain it was (specially no spots on the sliding glass door with the perfect view of the sunsets) We felt like we were on our private beach just a few steps from the condo. Jim was the perfect host. Always communicating with us, from the start of our reservations, giving suggestions on restaurants, things to do and answering any questions we had promptly. This is my second year coming to longboat key, this place has my heart. I will definitely be coming back again next year and I would not rent from anyone else other than Jim. This was a repeat visit for us. The Zilli condo is beautifully furnished with fabulous views of the beach and sunsets. Jim is very responsive to Ned’s and questions and provides excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area.

As in the past we had a great visit and stay at the Zilli property, unit 201 was a good choice for us, we had stayed at 101 in the past. both units are very well kept, they are always clean when we arrive. Mr Zilli is a Perfect Host !! We look forward to our next trip to Long Boat Key.

Just got back from 7 lovely days at Zilli Ocean Front 201. From the moment I booked the reservation until the day we checked out, the owner, Jim Zilli, was in contact and always available to provide plenty of suggestions for activities, great restaurants etc. But the star of the show was the beautiful condo and amazing gulf front views. The photos really don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed in a condo so close to the actual beach-no long, hot boardwalks-just take a few steps and your toes are literally in the clear emerald water! The unit itself is gorgeous and tastefully decorated-not tacky beachy decor, but modern, clean lines, upscale furnishings from the Italian porcelain flooring throughout, to the tasteful artwork, comfortable furnishings, the table and chairs on the balcony are the high back that allow you to actually see the water and not try and peek through the railing. Great place for morning coffee, or afternoon glass of wine while you watch the spectacular sunset over the Gulf. It is obvious Jim Zilli is an owner who takes great pride in his properties, and it shows. We plan on being repeat customers-and if you book one of the Zilli properties-you will too! We had a wonderful time! Suite 201 and 202 were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owner is very attentive and goes the extra mile before and after vacation. Top-notch guest experience.
