Another great trip to Longboat Key, and our second stay with the Zilli properties. After staying in the Villa last year, we downsized to the Ocean Front 101. We were equally impressed with the condo. It was perfectly located on the bottom front corner, making it quick and easy for everything from getting to the beach (favorite part), arrival/departure, or to slip around the walkway to the laundry machines. As a nurse a mom of more than 25 years, my wife is obsessed with cleanliness (which I appreciate) and the properties never disappoint. It was the perfect amount of space, well laid out, well outfitted, and as always, Jim is just a text away for questions, etc. These properties are also perfectly located short driving distances into Sarasota, Anna Maria, or Bradenton, with plenty of great restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. I'd highly recommend either the villa or Zilli Oceanfront 101.

Perfectly stocked, beautiful and easy access for anyone but especially of you are traveling with someone with mobility issues. Our stay at this first floor end unit was quite enjoyable. Having access to the sand a mere thirty steps from our walk-out terrace was exactly as anticipated. The owner goes above and beyond in providing all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, and makes himself available should you need assistance. We will definitely be coming back again. Thanks to Mr Zilli and his beautiful condo my son, best friend and I had the most wonderful vacation! We stayed in the ocean front 101 condo and it was everything we could have wanted. The decor is gorgeous, the furnishings comfortable and the location is amazing. The beach out front was perfect, not crowded, and gorgeous. The condo complex itself was beautifully maintained with friendly employees and guests all around. The condo itself has everything you need to cook meals and is also close to the grocery store and boat ramp if you take an excursion. There are some great restaurants close by as well. Mr Zilli is a wonderful and thoughtful host who puts his heart in to ensuring your stay is as perfect as possible and I will definitely be a return guest! Thank you Mr Zilli for all of your kindness! We will be back!

We had an amazing time at Zilli 101. The unit was spectacular! Clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. Just steps from the sand… there wasn’t anything we needed except more time. Thank you for the arrival instructions and the midweek check in. We can’t wait to return. Warren & Marla B

My family and I recently stayed in the Zilli Ocean Front 101 unit, and we had an absolutely amazing time. The condo is clean and updated with contemporary furnishings and everything needed for a comfortable family vacation. The location and view from the unit are beyond description. It doesn't get much better than waking up each morning to that gorgeous view of the Gulf and having immediate access to the pristine, private beach. Add in that you're a short drive from Publix, great restaurants, and shopping, and it truly is about as convenient and relaxing as it could possibly be. We have been fortunate to stay multiple times in this Zilli unit, and it is among our favorite places in the world. We're already looking forward to going back!

Absolutely love Unit #101 a. 30 yards to the beach, and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The owner checks in with you often, checking on how you are doing, and passing on great tips on how best to enjoy Longboat Key and surrounding areas. Would not want to stay anywhere else on the island!

From the moment we opened the door to Zilli Ocean Front, unit 101, we knew we had entered paradise. The unit was spotless and welcoming. The kitchen had the necessary appliances. The bedroom was large and comfortable with a walk in closet. The living room was spacious and well designed with colors that complemented the outdoor space. It was apparent that Jim Zilli paid alot of attention to the design of the interiors. We especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area as a place to relax, read and take in the morning sunrise and the spectacular sunsets overlooking the Gulf. The condo is located just steps from the beach, allowing easy access to the white sands of the gulf. Jim was the consumate host, periodically checking in with us to make sure all was well. Looking forward to 2025 at Zilli 101...

I have now stayed twice at this condo we absolutely love it! Now we have stayed at this property (another persons ) and let me tell you, you can’t even begin to compare the 2 places!!!!!! We will be coming back all the time!!! Thanks again for everything!!!!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Zilli’s property 101. The close proximity to the beach was unbelievable. The unit was clean as could be. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jim for all your help.

Everything was absolutely amazing and perfect! The condo was not missing anything, they thought about everything from a cooler to umbrellas which you really need there! This condo is absolutely stunning, you walk out your door and in within a minute you are in the most beautiful water you have ever seen. Our first day we had manatees and dolphins swimming with us. If you are even slightly considering going, take my word and GO it was the BEST vacation I ever had in my life and the most beautiful water I have ever swam in. The condo was so perfect. We didn’t need a thing the condo had everything ! My only question was please tell me the amazing lotion that you all use, and sure enough, the owner found me the information!

We love staying in Unit 101 due to the accessibility to the beach. The unit was very clean, neat, and organized. It had everything we needed, including beach umbrellas. Jim Zilli keeps his units very well furnished, equipped, and decorated. He always goes beyond to make his guests feel welcome and comfortable. He is also reachable and responds quickly to your needs. The location of these units in Turtle Crawl is great, close to many restaurants in LBK, Ana María Island, and downtown Sarasota. We had a WONDERFUL TIME!!!

We have stayed in 101 several times, and it never disappoints. The condo is updated and clean, and the location is perfect. There is nothing better than waking up and seeing the water outside as you drink your coffee in the front room. Direct access to the beach and close proximity to Publix and dining options make this an incredible place to stay on Longboat Key. We can't wait for our return trip!

The experience of renting Ocean Front 101 from Jim Zilli was efficient and friendly, the experience of living there has been outstanding. The location on the Key with walk-out directly to the lawn and Gulf makes the apartment unusually enjoyable. The picnic pavilion, swimming pool, shuffleboard court, and putting green are kept clean and functional and were all enjoyed by my day guests, adults and kids. The kitchen and linen closet are exceptionally well equipped, and the furniture and decor are tasteful, not beach-kitschy. Rebecca and Nicole in the office are friendly and helpful, and the laundry machines are large. The entire situation is superb.

Every Zilli unit is located on the beach, steps from the water - the beachside access is amazing. From the first moment we reached out, to booking our reservation, to communicating with questions, and even staying an hour beyond checkout, the entire experience was five-stars. Inside the condo is clean and had most everything we needed. The kitchen at the condo made it easy to cook a few breakfasts and make coffee. We shopped at Publix a few miles away before arriving and found high quality groceries, produce, coffee, etc. Again, the location is amazing. We walked out to the beach with coffee in hand each morning to enjoy the sunrise. Every day we simply pulled a few chairs (that are provided by the outdoor shower) to the beach and used the provided umbrella to sit, read, and enjoy. Don't hesitate to book with confidence - Jim and his team take pride in providing a high-quality, five-star experience !

Our vacation rental on Longboat Key was the perfect place to relax, renew and rejuvenate.

This was our second time visiting 101 at LBK! This unit has everything we want & need. You will not find a place closer to a private beach, with quality views, furnishings, and hospitality. This is now a staple trip for our family of 4 (two 9yo children). We enjoy early morning walks on the beach where often we find the biggest seashells we have ever seen, while drinking our fresh brewed coffee and watching the sunrise. We love how quiet the area is as we can sit on our patio and read while hearing nothing but the waves! No need for a beach wagon to carry your belongings for a day at the beach when your room is 15 steps from the sand. No rush to set up your beach chairs, there is plenty of space for everyone on this uncrowded beachfront property. There have been beach chairs and umbrellas to use in our unit- all of which have been taken very great care of from year to year! This unit is located just a few miles from a great outdoor shopping center with great food and entertainment in either direction (Sarasota/Bradenton/Anna Maria Island) which offer fine dinning & entertainment for adults as well as family friendly options! I promise you won’t find a better place to stay!

We just finished our trip to Ocean Front 101, and it was great! Jim was an excellent host. The condo was beautiful. We could walk right out of the condo, down the path, and onto the beach. While we were there, we saw dolphins, a manatee, a ray, and a sea turtle! It was a great experience!

We spent a week at the Zilli 101 unit and it was the most peaceful and relaxing vacation. We appreciated the layout of the unit with a large bedroom, walk-in closet/storage area, kitchen and living space all outfitted with tasteful coastal decor. The unit was also well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and bath towels. The unit is situated on beautiful Longboat Key Beach. The week of our stay, beginning of May, the water temperature was 79 degrees and so clear and calm. It was perfect! Zilli Vacations and owner Jim Zilli made this an even more memorable week. Jim was very attentive and thorough with communication during the booking process and leading up to our vacation. He also made himself available throughout our stay. We recommend Zilli Vacations for your next stay.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Longboat Key, Florida. We stayed in Zilli Ocean Front 101 and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The sandy beach is literally 45 paces from the unit's patio door. The unit was comfortable and furnished SO nicely. Jim went above and beyond to help when we needed a replacement beach umbrella. Everything has been thought of and taken care of. You will not be disappointed. Take the vacation days, everyone....and take them in Longboat Key at Zilli Ocean Front.

We stayed at Zilli Ocean Front 101 the first week of September 2019. What a wonderful place to stay; clean, beautifully decorated and the beach is just out the door. Jim is a great host and communicator. As this was the week hurricane Dorian might hit Florida, Jim dropped by with a case of water just in case the stores were low and he even extended his personal residence if we needed to move from the beach due to the hurricane. Also, provided a package with information of restaurants, and things to do in the area. We could not have asked for a better place to stay or a nicer person to rent from. Best place, best beach, best host in LBK! Thank you Jim for exceeding our expectations! Looking forward for our next visit! ??

I can’t say enough how convenient it was to be able to easily go back and forth from the beach to the condo in just a few steps and to have a nice wash off station right at the beach entrance. I used to choose the highest floor I could get for the view but now I will only want first floor for ease of access and you still get some view from the high chairs on the patio. Condo and resort grounds were well kept, clean and quiet. The beach has nice soft sand and 3 of the 7 days we were there the water was as clear and calm as a swimming pool with a beautiful turquoise color the other days had waves due to storms but water was still clear and free of seaweed. We ate most meals on the patio but there are plenty of nice restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Duvals for shrimp po boys, Cafe L’Europe for a nice fancy restaurant and The Green Zebra for breakfast. A favorite thing we did was kayaking across the street on the bay around the manatees. Most days there were around 15 people on the beach one day had maybe 30 so basically have the beach to yourself which was a nice change from the typical summer crowds in the Destin area with 2 rows of chairs and umbrellas to deal with, no need to get up early and get your spot on the beach because always plenty of empty space. Loved this area and condo it was one of my favorite vacations to totally chill and relax hope to come back soon.
